Looking for lease in southeast texas area.

I'm from Beaumont and I'm just testing the waters to see if there are any leases available within about an hour of me, the closer the better. We're not real big trophy hunters, but it has to family friendly and preferably allow guests, and we also want to be able to see deer consistently. Thanks
