Looking for a deer lease to hunt with my son primarily and have a buddy looking as well. Looking to shoot mature bucks/does and hogs not necessarily looking for monster trophies. Hoping to be ~4hrs from Houston with year round access. (not east)... Thank you.

I know you said not east, but that is where you are going to find your best monetary options (cheapest) leases. Campbell Group is starting to list tracts that will be up for lease but you can't bid on them yet.

Just checked Campbell's website and you can bid on the tracts they have listed now.

How good can Campbell Group leases be? I have never heard of them but I'm willing to learn
I guess prices can go way above what is the opening bid correct?
