After 15 years it looks like our lease will not be renewed. Land owner is retiring and moving to ranch.
Our group is only interested in family friendly leases. We want our kids and spouses in the woods with us. Our group is all experienced hunters. We need a lease large enough for 6 - 12 members. We would want 100 acres per spot. We will provide our own stands and feeders. We will supplemental feed and work to improve any situation.
Currently we have a 3 bed / 3 bath house, with two areas to hook up 5 campers to accommodate 18 hunters on 1850 acres in Mills County.
We want to be within 3 hours of Waco. Goldthwaite, Brady, Mason, Lampasas, San Saba areas would be first choice.
Our price per spot for lease fee is up to $2500 per spot, $30,000 for 1,200 acres per year.
