Any interest in a lease in ballinger, tx. Runnels county - 11/03/14 06:56 PM

I have leads on a 300 acre tract in runnels county with Colorado river frontage. I am from louisiana. Seeing if anybody would be interested in going in it with me. Can take 4 guns at 1,425 a gun or less guns and more money. Electric is there not sure about water. Could possibly no more about it if I go look at it this week.

hunted that same area for a season, lots of deer. We didn't see any monsters but you didn't have a boring hunt. Tons of turkey too!

I'm guessing for next season if so I'm interested
