ISO Annual Lease within an hour of San Antonio for 2015

Just got word this evening our lease we were hoping to keep long term is being sold due to health reasons. There are four of us currently but could easily add two additional hunters. Looking for something that has deer, hogs, and turkey. Cabin with utilities would be nice, if there are utilities only and no structure that might work as well. We are looking to find something long term, will be respectful of land and assist with management per owners requests. Looking for 400+ acres since there is a mixture of rifle and bow hunters in the group. PM or reply to this post with any leads/offers, thanks and God Bless.

Realize it's early especially since we are a month into this season, just keep usin mind if y'all hear of anything potentially coming available after this season. Would like to find something in Medina or Bandera County, but not opposed to any area around SA. Key is staying close to SA. Momma wants me close in case of emergency at home with our daughters. We would like to be around $1500/gun but realize we may spend more for the luxury of being close to home so we will consider higher prices based on amenities. Also if you have a couple of properties that are smaller like two 200 acre ranches within reasonable distance to each other, we could entertain those options as well.

Jcamm thanks for the advice. I don't have much experience with the paid lease finding sites, but don't feel comfortable using them myself. Hopefully they can resolve your membership issues quickly.

If you need another gun, I'd be more than happy to join you. I finally got tired of looking and just hunt on a little piece of property in Bandera. However, I'd love to get in on a bigger place.

Still looking, if anyone has any recommendations on where to ask around in the area please let me know. We have feeders, blinds, and fencing to set up if that helps. Would like to find something for our small group to hunt, but if there's a ranch that needs a few more hunters we would consider it. Not looking for a huge lease with a lot of members. Anything fairly reasonably close to SA in any direction is what we are looking for, thanks again.
