Looking for a lease for my family to hunt next year (2015)

I am looking for a deer lease for just me and my family. I know for a fact there will only be 3 hunters 90% of the time me, my dad, and my sister. Every once and a blue moon maybe her husband or my cousin. Water and electric is a plus but not exactly a gotta have. I am lookin for year around.
