NM Unit 34 Private Land Last Minute Deals

I was just contacted on a Private Ranch here in Unit 34, that had some hunters back out on some tags. I know the ranch and rancher and I have worked out some awesome pricing for these last minute tags opening up and if you can't go this year I will be taking bookings for 2018 (contact for 2018 pricing).

First of all the ranch is not very big only about 500 acres, but is in a prime spot where elk come to in the evenings and are out in fields each morning. The ranch has 3 good waters, hay field and oat patches which the elk love. I have personally hunted around the ranch for last 2 years trying to catch the elk as they come off the private in the morning and going back in the evenings. This will be an easy going hunt mostly sitting water or field each morning and evening. I don't have the pictures from past hunts on ranch but rancher said they continuously kill 5x5 and better bulls, told me they killed a 7x7 last year and couple nice 6x6's. I have uploaded bulls I killed last year around this ranch and I saw a couple even bigger, but its unit 34 so you can expect same quality 285-320+. Here are the details tax and license fees are not included, license will run you about 635.00 for bull and for cow about 425.00

Have 2 archery spots for Sept 15-19th or 20-24th

Price is 4,500.00 for 5 days, included is lodging, must provide own food and transportation to ranch. May have some room on pricing being really last minute contact me if seriously interested.

Have 2 Rifle spots Dates are any 5 days Oct 12-31st

Just talked to rancher and he said he will do 4,000.00 on archery tags, included is guide, but lodging, food and transportation will not be included on that price.
