Looking for someone with Pheasant or Chukar

Hey I was wondering if anybody raised pheasant and chukar. I've got a lot of farmland in south Texas and most of it will have harvested but standing corn and milo stubble. I was wondering if anybody would have any interest in providing the birds and dogs while I provide the hunting land. I don't know of any place in South Texas that offers pheasant, chukar, and quail hunts in standing stubble. The idea is to offer a Midwest hunting experience to people who may not normally get the chance. I think its something that could really catch on.
