You guys do your research on this one. My buddy leased 4 spots from this guy two yrs ago and was then day hunted on.
Just ask around Childress the word on them is out there.

It's actually Gary Ryan's lease. Mike sub leases the deer.
Ranch is owed by the Campbell's
Mike moves in the house during deer season and runs his family and hunters in and out like cattle.

also beware of a guy named chris up in this area as well. does the exact same thing on his place and shoots everything out of the 2500 acre lease. ive also heard of this guy as well from hunting up there in this country, would not participate with him one bit! Diehard knows just about everyone up in this country and is a great person to ask questions to.
