Management hunt for son's 13th birthday

My son is turning 13 and I would like to plan an affordable management hunt for him. I would like him to be able to get a buck from 130-140, a spike and or doe, and possibly a hog or two. I will tag along, but won't be hunting. We will need lodging/meals and would want it to be a 3 day/2 night or 4 day/3 night. The week after Christmas would be nice, if that is possible, but we are flexible. Please let me know if you have anything or have any experience with someone you would reccomend. Thanks in advance!
