This is my Sons place. A lot of you have hunted there before with me and may not have known it. He has some very good "Hill Country" Bucks on the place. That Axis he is offering for $1000 is well worth the price. I have seen the deer he has and this is a heck of a deal and I can guarantee you will see some Bucks.

Bump for a great experience!!
Guys I booked a hunt with Clint and didn't know about the axis. Well we go to get in the blinds Saturday morning and we see an axis and I tell me buddy don't shoot one of those and Clint says go ahead $1,000. Well my buddy had a nice axis at the feeder and didn't pull the trigger. I got a doe on Saturday morning, then had, in my opinion a great axis, come in late Saturday evening. I have seen bigger but liked the mass and the size of the buck and took him. Even though this is 80 acres when the feeders go off the animals don't come running like cockroaches. The doe I took never came to the feeder and I had to pay attention to get her as she circled me in the blind.

Went by Clint yesterday afternoon. He has some good "Hill Country" type bucks. These are not super huge deer but they won't cost you a lot of money. You could be guaranteed a couple of bucks for less than most leases cost.
