Is anyone selling an E-Collar before I fork out the $230 on the Dogtra Collar? Location is around Longview, so driving distance from there is what I am asking for...

Check out Collar Clinic online also if you ever get to Cabela's I bought my first one from the bargain cave and it came with 1yr factory warranty.
