best snake boots/chaps for kids???

Got a 4 year old that I'd like to outfit with a pair of kid's snake boots, chaps, or some kind of snake guards.
What have y'all used for your kiddos?

There are several that i've researched for my kids and it seems turtleskin gaiters get pretty good reviews. On a 4 year old they may cover up to hip though.
