There was a thread on this topic but was very old, I can not find.
Does anyone know any portable amp sound that has the ability to cancel or reduce the sounds that are close and amplify only the most distant?
Use some common amplifier near a swamp, for example, it is impossible because the sounds coming from insects and frogs will be so strong that it is impossible to hear some more distant sound!
