Not sure if you have a Tractor Supply near you but they usually have
pretty good sales on Winchester brand safes.

I just got a heck of a scratch and dent deal on a Winchester Silverado safe from Kennedy's Korner (google them) in Garland. Best part is I can't even find the scratch on this safe. Delivery was $300 bolted down for a 1200 lb safe. Lower price for the safe than I was quoted by ACSafes (also great guys, btw).

I bought a Cannon from tractor supply. I caught the biggest one (72x40x20) on sale for $1000. I believe they are normally $1300. I love it. I like the extra storage of a 6' tall safe. They can't be beat for the price. They normally put them on sale at least once a year. The smaller winchester they have is nice too but I wanted a big one.

They put this safe on sale back on Black Friday for $549. I bought one and bolted it to the floor in my gun room next to my Security Products safe. Two safes give me plenty of room now.

Winchester Silverado is a very good safe for the price! I really like mine. I also recommend the tried and true mechanical dial lock.

I picked up a really nice Canon 36 gun safe from Academy. The store manager matched a coupon I had from Cabelas, even though it was on different model. Once I got it home I found out that the combination was missing. I called him back and he had two of his guys deliver another one ( one model nicer) that same afternoon. I was really impressed.

But get one twice the size of what you think. It's amazing how soon they fill up.

I bought one about two weeks ago. So far, it's great. I am afraid that I need another though lol.

I've purchased two safes from them. They have a trade-up program.

And yes get the biggest safe you can as it gets packed in there fast.

I purchased an Amsec from a friend and I love it. I just hate how it has no manual key override and I am not sure if it is EMP rated or not.

But it beats the metal cabinet I was storing all my stuff in.
