7mm 154gr sst in 7mm Mag

Have any of yall loaded this bullet and did yall find an accurate load? If so please share.

Loaded the 154 gr interlock, similar bullet without a plastic tip I believe, in my dads 280. Accuracy was fine, on game performance was erratic, sometimes great sometimes horrible.
