I already have several powders that do great in my .223. Any experience with it?

Yes. It's slightly faster burning than Varget, and would make a great powder for 308 and 223. It does not meter well, since it's an extruded powder.

Doesn't meter well but neither does Varget, works fine in a Chargemaster though. Have some 4166 loaded up trying it in a Grendel, hope to know more in a few days.
