Powder for subsonic 300 blk? - 03/16/15 04:44 AM
I can't seem to find any AA1680. What else is available that can be good to use?

Check out Hodgdon's site. They have some loads there.

I'm really looking for people's opinions that have used other stuff. I guess most people use AA1680?
I've tried H110 but I didn't like the accuracy out of my 16" barrel. Of course they were mainly supersonic loads.

What platform are you using. Bullet weight? I have some good sub loads for my bolt gun that would be terrible in my AR.

I've got an HR AAC Handi-rifle in 16" and an 8.3" barrel in an AR platform.

I use blue dot in my R700 300Blk with a 16 barrel, so far its the best one I have tried, got the grouping down to about an 1" through the suppressor. I also use a 208 AMAX.
