I do, all the time (I am assuming you are talking about pistol brass). Make sure you check the case mouths for flaking, especially during the mouth belling step for pistol brass. If you bell them too much the nickel tends to flake off. If they start to flake, toss them as you do not want nickel flakes on your pistol dies. Just keep your eye on them.
I have nickel brass .45 ACP, .45 Colt and .357 Mag. that I've loaded 6 or more times and they are fine. I prefer regular brass, but if you've got them, load 'em up.
