Meh. Tried it.

Pay the $9.95 for "Shooter" and it will populate environmental conditions and adjust corrections as needed.

I feel like it is. I can do custom drag ccurves if needed plus getting tech help isn't difficult via a couple formulas. Plus bc are up to date via litz. I can also blue tooth link with a Krestel instead of buying a AB or Horus version.

I use it and like it plenty for what I need it to do. Maybe the long distance guys are more demanding than I am.

My main thing I wanna do is come up with a generic dope sheet for each rifle and see how accurate I can tweak em

For generic drop it works fine. Just remember the data you get back is only as good as the data you put in.

What I like so much is that I can fiddle with different scope reticles on various rifles, and don't have to go to Cabela's to see the reticle. You got an old Soviet scope with a combat reticle...no problem if you know what it's called.

As a matter of fact, I'm just about to change my POI on most rifles to 200 yards again. Decided I like it better, and I'll then know (in theory) what the lines and dots correspond to. Pretty handy app.

We will cover absouletly everything. Including how to use various ballistic calculators, as well as going back and "truing your DOPE" as it were.

To me Shooter is the most intuitive but Applied Ballistics is good also.
