Anyone care to share theirs? I'm considering building a heavy barrel benchrest gun on a cheapo savage action.

I just decided to build one and dropped my barrel off at the smith's on Christmas eve. Gonna be on a Tikka action and not sure on stock...I would really like to find a Robertson Composite but they aren't easy to find.

I talked to several guys that owned them and not a single person had a bad thing to say. A buddy has one and says it's the most accurate gun he has but he still alternates between it and his 6BR because he says the BR is fun to shoot.

I have a BR and Creedmoor so should be a perfect addition...I plan on shooting the 123 Scenars if the gun will shoot them, if not then I'll shoot the 130 Bergers like most I talked too.

Good luck, I say do it grin

It's one of the most accurate calibers I have ever tested. Sub inch groups at 300 yards and 2 fps ES! Use a magnum or CCI #41 primer.
