Black Powder Shotgun

Usually spend my time in the TFF, but drop by here to lurk when things get really slow over there.

I am considering getting a Black Powder Shotgun, for next season Dove hunting.

I live in Midlothian, Tx. I can order most of the supplies on-line, but do not know where to get powder.

Any ideas?

You can get Pyrodex just about anywhere. I'd look at the closest Academy.

If you make it into Ft Worth, try Two Wright Arms out toward Weatherford. I used to get stuff there when I live in Ft Worth.

if you ever use real black powder,
you'll be unhappy with the other junk

I know Bass Pro in Grapevine carries the real deal black, no sure about the Garland store.
