How cool! Reminds me of when I shot a bobcat on my first day of deer season back in 1997; was hunting just southwest of Alice, and it was hotter than heck that day. No deer showed up that morning, so I got bored and started playing around with a mouth operated predator call. Had a male bobcat show up about a minute later, and now he's been gracing my fireplace mantel since then. If you get it mounted, I recommend putting it in a lying down pose. Makes a really neat mount, and will give visitors a double take when coming into the house...my cat looks so realistic lying on top of the mantel, some folks initially wondered if it were still alive.
