Did anyone have any luck shooting a deer in Fannin County?

I have a bachelor group coming to feeder regularly, at night. I've sat a few times now and haven't seen anything moving during the day.

You seeing anything on camera?

Just some doe's and hogs on random times. I sat there this past weekend and nothing. Weather seemed to drop a little this upcoming weekend maybe if I go out early Saturday morning I might get something. Do you know when rut starts?

Around Thanksgiving Ive been told. Maybe the week before it.

Tell you what, Ill trade you some bucks for some does. I don't have a single doe on camera. I'm afraid my bucks will disappear pretty soon in pre-rut/rut since I don't have any does to keep them in or draw anymore bucks in.

If I can find a way to trap them deal. Last weekend on the 17 I saw a spike walking in around 1:30 AM. Following after that a skunk.

I am on the Grayson Fannin County line and yesterday was a big day for movement. Bucks are out during the day, not chasing yet but were feeding on acorns.

Well Suprcos, just as I suspected, this week my covert cam has only sent me maybe 20 pics total where as Im use to getting 20/ day/night. The 2 biggest bucks that were hanging around haven't been seen on camera at the feeder in over a week.

I do have a new 4 point that just showed up on Wednesday.

I really wish the does were hanging around my place.

Seems like they are starting to move now. I have two bucks that just showed up this past week and this evenig I saw three smaller bucks all out and about. I think it could be getting close now.

Looks like a storm coming into this first two days in the week. Going this Fri morning and hunt all day. Hopefully I can tag a Buck and get ready for Thanksgiving doe hunt next week.
