That's a small pig. It may have performed well on it's thin skin and small bones but I would try one on the shoulder of a hundred pound or bigger one to see how it does before I gave it too good of reviews.
Great shot on that pig though.

I bought some of them for pigs a few years ago, once in hand I was not comfortable with their construction. Hopefully that has improved. I'm glad they worked for you though and they do have a good price.

yeah the pic was about 70 lbs.. Unfortunately the place I go does not have an abundance for large hogs. But then again the 70 lbs ones seem to taste better. The place I got is 200.00 for three hogs. and no kill no pay. If you do not kill all three in one night he lets you come back for a re hunt until all 3 are killed. The first night I went I killed two in the first hour, and easily could have killed a third, but did not want to clean 3 at one time haha
I will not be back until after my first few deer hunts, but with how easily it flew through I am confident it will pass through a deer with no problem. I will buy more. ON another positive they use a small thin rubber band to hold the three blades in lace, so easy to find replacement rubber bands (the rubber bands for braces are perfect size.
