Single Shot .308, Henry?

Want a single shot and mount up a fixed 6x scope. This will spend a lot of time on the front rack of my ATV. Anybody have one, and are they worth the extra $ over something cheaper? I like the accuracy reviews I've read on the Henry.

I think you should take one for the team, and lets find out what it can do.

Buds has it for $366. Even used H&Rs are going for that if not more. I agree with FiremanJG, go for it.

Last time I was asked to take one for the team I said no, but this rifle is a lot skinnier so I just might.

Or a review of any other single shot, other than Ruger #1.
