Would check the bolt faces. Don’t know what 22nosler or 224v use

Yes. They both have the same bolt face and same size case body. A simple barrel rechamber would do it. But, you only gain about 4-6 grains powder capacity going from 223 to 22 Nosler. IMO, it's not worth it.

Do a 6x45 AKA 6mm/223 great round easy to load uses 223 brass and a very capable round up to deer sized animals. Also dies are readily available online

X2 on what Dstroud said. I love the 6x45 I built the wife. 75gr vmax over 8208 gets boring how accurate it is. No recoil, long barrel life, and hasn't missed a step on Texas pigs and wt. literally just 1 pass on resizer, prime, dump powder, and seat.

X3 on the 6x45. I had a barrel for my TC a long time ago and that was a fun little round.
