Advice on Selling - 02/04/18 10:48 PM
Ok, here goes. I moved to Washington state, near Seattle. Since I knew I was moving to a liberal utopia, I left my guns at my parent’s place in College Station. I’ll be visiting in March and I’m looking to either bring some guns back on my return or sell them to a local dealer and just get something else I want when I get back to WA. My question is, since I’m a Washington state resident, can I sell a gun to a license FFL in Texas? Thanks in advance!

An FFL can receive a firearm shipment from you from wherever you are, so I see no reason he can't receive a firearm directly from your hand to his.

Why not just bring them all back? Mule deer, elk, bear are fairly abundant. Tell the libs to stick it and just go hunting.

Selling guns to a dealer = you get screwed. If you have to sell guns, do those interactions with private citizens who understand what the real value of a gun is, and aren't attempting to turn a profit.

Don't sell your guns just because liberals in your new area don't like them.

Local dealers are all about profit for themselves and not going to give you no where near what one is worth.

A dealer MIGHT give you 30 cents on the dollar if you're lucky.

Cabelas and pawn shops are averaging 50-60% of value at best.

What kind of guns are we talking about here?

Why not do some hunting out that way?
Don't sell your guns. Unless they have no use.
