New Barrett Fieldcraft arrived today

Well, my FFL called said come get it. Pictures are bad but this rifle is awesome, its like a toy rifle, I swear BIL could keep it in his pocket. I'll get the scope mounted up Saturday, maybe tomorrow and get them up. man I hope this rifle shoots, its really sweet. Timney trigger, set at 4#'s, I'll adjust it to 2#, super crisp as ya'll know. Any way, here ya go, posting these from a different place don't know how to rotate them

It's a .22 TCM, the latest rage in hunting calibers.

Naw, Its a 6.5 Creedmoor, 8 twist, I know its hard to see on the first picture. I'll get it scoped up today. Lots of different things on this rifle. Pretty well thought out.

hand bedded all the way to the end of the stock, for harmonic rigidity
action screws, 1 is torqued to 80 lbs!! the other 36 lbs
got cert. for free Talley rings cuz they drill larger scope mounting holes and drilled 5 of them so you could mount the rings to give you more or less eye relief.

All this don't matter chit to me if it shoots over MOA as they claim, no test target included, like Jason says, the rifle may be a MOA shooter but the rifleman sux.

Also I have been reading, shooting a 5# rifle takes a little different process. Huh, we'll see

Yep, looking forward to seeing how that light rifle groups. I'm predicting sub MOA with match ammo if you can keep it steady. Even with a bipod and rear bag, my lighter rifles tend to giggle jiggle a bit.
