Form 1 Trust wait time

Got a letter I have been waiting on since I sent in my form 1 trust last year. I have to make a correction on my form but it is at least moving along.

Mailed 7-9-16
Check cashed 7-20-16
Received correction letter dated 7-6-17

3 days short of 1 year.

I bet their mailroom looks like Santa's mailbox overstuffed with requests.

It's silly they are still restricted.

I waited 349 days, filed about the same time as you. Year before was only 161 days.

so, do you send in your $200 and may never see it again when the new law is approved?

They will issue you a tax credit at that point.

I thought when you had to make a correction you could do so and then call the agent who has your form and it would be almost instantly apptoved

They sent me a form with instructions to correct the Form 1 and mail back within 30 days of the date of the letter.

Submitted 2-17-17 approved yesterday.

Wow, congrats on the quick service, so much for them going in order as the previously told me.

Congrats. My paper Form 1 was 50 weeks in before they me a correction notice. I left of the state of the manufacturer. I've mailed it back in and now I'm on the waiting clock again.

This sucks!

Been waiting on a Form4 for over a year now.

Called today to check status and it was approved on July 17, just waiting I on stamp. Time to start shopping for parts.
