9 months is not terrible given where I thought they were. Now this was about a month before 41f went into effect, so it will get longer and longer

Yeah, mine was a few days before 41f, about a month behind the OP. I bet I wait 2-4 more months for delivery.

Still waiting on two from mid may so it can vary significantly. I called the other day and was told one was approved but haven't heard from dealer (capital armory) and the other is still working. I read on another forum that there were as many if not more submissions in June/July 2016 as all of 2015. Not sure if it's true but would explain the extended times.

Lucky man I submitted 6/2 and check was cashed 6/8 and they still haven't approved it hopefully any day!

I find it odd that in countries where it is very difficult to buy a firearm, such as Great Britain, purchasing a suppressor is easy and looked upon with favor as being considerate. Just the opposite of here.

I've got three more suppressor I'm waiting on. Submitted back at the end of June via Trust through a class III. Buddy of mine just texted me that his SBR stamp came in. Submitted online first of July via Trust. I had another SBR stamp come in December I submitted back last April via Trust and online

My wife is tired of me asking everyday if my stamp came in. The whole wait time thing just pisses me off to no end. I'm approaching 8 months and I'm ready to build my Form 1.

You didn't go electronic with the f1?

The online system was down for two days straight prior to the new 41p changes taking effect. The ATF said you could mail the form and they would honor the old way of processing if it was post dated by end of day that day. I didn't really understand the new 41p changes, so I panicked and sent the paper form. I'm almost 8 months in.

Just a follow up....Two of my stamps came in on 2 of three suppressors I did last June. Waiting on the third I did a week later. Should be in the next week or so.

Ugh! It will be so nice when all of this silliness isn't necessary to buy something that is essentially a SAFETY device.

Got my 2nd .22 can(Deadair Mask). Submitted paperwork around June 25,2016 and stamp was approved April 15, 2017. Waiting on my Deadair Octane 45 can that I submitted the week before 41f went into effect

E-filed 7/5/16, approval came in early this morning..

Must be nice. I e-filed a trusted Form 1 on July 6 of last year. Still no approval

I e-filed for my sbr 7/11/16 and just received my stamp this morning. That was a long wait

I don’t get the wild range of approval times. Just glancing through seems like avg nine months. The last two I got took 5ish months. Submitted 3/17 tax stamp 9/17. Give or take couple days. Is it just the trusts backlogged? Or is there just that much variation?

My check was cashed the first of December on the bar code system but since I’m a trust I would guess I am still at least 4 or 5 months out.

I did the Single Shot Trust thru the SS Kiosk at Hoffpauir Outdoor. Purchase Dec 16 2017 check cashed April 4 of 17. Talked to the lady at nfa 2 weeks ago and she told me my paperwork was sent to the
fbi in august. She said she was starting to get paperwork back now from that time period. I think someone dropped the ball because of the time to cash check. I paid cash for everything.

Sounds like your paperwork had errors or your dealer seriously jacked you. Did they have the item in stock on a Form 3 when you purchased it?

I really think my dealer messed up. SS had the item in stock and if I understand correctly when it is paid for it is transferred to dealer.
