Wanting to get a red dot on my Ruger .22 MK III. Anyone have suggestions on a rail and red dot to run on top?

I've had this one on my MK III Hunter for a few years, the rail is a factory item.

The Burris Fastfire line is pretty small and looks good. I've got one of the FF I's and its pretty good. Not too proud of the battery life. Seems like they only last a few months.

Bushnell TR-25 is a good, inexpensive option as well. Installed one on my 22/45 Target and have been very pleased with it.

I would agree on the Bushnell TRS25 too. Had one on a Contender in 45-70 worked just fine. Took it off that a put it on a 22/45 and never had an issue with it.
