Im doing a little research online, but I know some of you guys run them yourselves. Needing some real world opinions from you guys. So whats the best, most accurate barrel I need to buy? Would like to keep it 18" or shorter. Thanks in advance

I run an ARP 16". Shooting SSA 110g Accubond I get an avg 2650 muzzle velocity.

I've got a Wilson Combat lightweight hunter stainless that is flawless, ans sub MOA at 235 yards
People saw ARP makes the best, but i have no complaints.

PSA has the CHF barrel which is made by FN. It's been super accurate for me thus far.

ARP 18" Target Crown.....,.Accurate and quite. Good velocity from the 18".

This is what I've got and I've been very happy. It really likes 95gr TTSX's.
I feed mine 120ssts. at some point will shoot some of those barnes.

I have a Wilson, ARP and Bison. The ARP and Wilson are equals IMHO. For the money, ARP is hard to beat.

I had a PSA 14.5" barrel which was fine. Then traded it off when i built up an ARP 12.5" barrel.

I have a Bison and like it. This is a good time to buy barrels because there are so many good ones to choose from and sometimes a high purchase price doesn't guarantee a great shooter.

I have had numerous 6.8 barrels, both of mine run the Wilson Combat 16" lightweight.
For my son's build I initially put a Noveske on it but it just didn't group as well as the WC and it got replaced with a WC.
I had two of the ARPs, the first one was an 18" but it had numerous rounds get stuck in the chamber, think it was just too tight, this was like 7 years ago though. Bison and ARP both make good barrels.
