Not cheap but Cooper, Nosler and Montana Rifle Company with the latter being the most economical.
Would not hesitate to purchase any of those rifles
Of course you could go custom if you really want one.
And check gunbroker for Winchester Model 70.
They made a special run Supergrade 7x57 a couple of years ago.
http://www.gunbroker.com/item/597273658I use a Montana Rifle Company and really like it. The MRC's are very accurate, especially after 60 or so rounds down the barrel.
I own one of the supergrades and love it. Relatively light and it has a quality feel to it all around since they did not skimp on most of the materials. I think the satin black accents throughout the rifle really set it off as well. It's really my favorite rifle in my arsenal by far and from what the people at Winchester told me there were only 150 of them made since they were a SHOT show special that had to be ordered at the show and paid for in full pre-production.
I also have the featherweight M70 that they made the year prior and I believe the shop that bought mine for me purchased a second one and still has it on their shelf if you're interested. There was less than 400 of those produced and they are also really nice rifles, just not quite as detail oriented as the supergrade is. (No satin black accents, plastic cap instead of steel on the pistol grip, etc.)
If I was to go with something else, it would probably be a NULA. Montana also makes some nice rifles in the caliber that would fit the bill unless you have to have a wood stock. Others to keep an eye out for would be the R700 mountain rifle (rare) or the winchester M70 fwt XTR (push-feed), which were both made in the 70-80's and are really nice as well. The XTRs can be found for around $500 for a nice one.
