Shotgun replacement stock help.

Im trading for a charles daly miroku 20ga o/u. Id like to replace the wood. I was under the assumption that a citori field model wood could be easily switched out with some minor fitting is this true?

Don't know but since the shotgun is a Miroku it makes sense to me that a Citori stock would work.
