41P - Responsible Persons question

Right now I have a few people listed in my trust. Can I simply amend my trust or create a new trust so it's just my wife and I so that only her and I have to jump through the new hoops?

It would probably be easier to do a new one, especially if you still wanted the people on your original to have access to the NFA items you currently possess.

I agree, creating a new one is probably easiest. You could then always add trustees on to the new trust once you have everything you need. Like that ever happens, lol.

I agree,start a new trust and once your stamp gets approved,you can add on the trustee's that are on the other trust to the new one. Nothing against the law about adding or removing people from your trust,just don't do it while your application is being processed.
