Stock rec. for new build

Building a .284 on a 700LA, 29'' 5R 1/9 twist bartlein HV. I have a Manners and two Mcmillans on other guns and like them equally. I saw the Kremlin and was wondering if anyone has experience with one.

I haven't put one on my rifle yet, but only because Derrick is not building them for the Tikka yet. I have handled the stock and am impressed with it. He put a bunch of time in to make sure that it is a good product, as Derrick does with his rifles. I have 2 McMillans, and they are nice. I believe that you will be happy with it.

If it's what I saw at DSC show I would stick with a manners or McMillan

I have always been a fan of the manners t2a. It is perfect for me in design. Stocks are highly personal, what works for me might not for someone else.

Just saw this on here, you are looking at all good stocks.

At the show we had our prototypes because of the timing of the show, the production mould stocks just released about 2 weeks ago. They are moulded in colors vs the painted ones we had at the show. We also designed a custom fit recoil pad vs the grind to fit we had at the show. We also moulded in all the ports vs machining them like we had in the prototypes. We also are doing our own pillar design that we did not have at the shows. We have lengthen the grip by 3/8 as well as changed up the cheek well a little higher but moved it back so that the flair does not hit your palm and the long action bolt can be removed without a cut in the cheek well. As Horizon we use all of those brands and I use them all personally. We are switching all our custom builds to only Kremlin stocks going forward as soon as the full customer backorder is filled. We are only a couple stocks away from our initial order discount being closed, I believe it is already closed on the iota site. We were offering 20% off on the first 100 orders. I believe there are about shy of the initial retail 100 stocks. If you decide Kremlin just PM me or call us we are about 3 weeks backlogged but would honor the discount till the 100 stocks are full.

SPP, I've had/have several McMillans A-5's and Hunter. I really love the fit and feel, they are tough too, even though mine stay mostly in the Safe

If you were doing short action I would have a ton of Mcmillans to offer you at a deal we are going to sell out McMillans here in a bout 3 weeks. If people are interested in Gamescouts. but I only have short actions.

Do you have a Kremlin in solid desert tan for a 700LA, barrel is a heavy varmit.

At this moment our standard colors are below. We have just started a custom color order process but those unfortunately are behind getting out the bulk order of the 3 standard colors.
