Kel-Tec RFB

Kel-Tec RFB - 05/29/16 01:26 AM

Besides the typical "Kel-Tec" sucks opinions does anyone have any experience with the RFB as a hunting rifle?

Mainly sit in small blinds or stalk with my suppressor. Shots usually within 200yds. Last used my 20" 700 AAC-SD with can and it was abit much in the blind to move around. Think this rifle may help with my problem.

I don't see why it wouldn't work as well as any other 308 rifle. Should be great for the blind.

The animal won't know it was killed by a sucky Kel-Tec. bolt

Think I would wait for the one they announced at Shot Show this year in the Grendel, bottom eject and a little lighter weight, suggested retail is a little less as well.

I've not fired this rifle but I don't imagine there would be anything wrong with it. I've always liked keltec. My PF9 didn't seem to handle my preferred 9mm which is the 147 grain but to be fair, it's probably not intended for such a load anyhow. I'd say lead flying down range is a good thing, who cares what's stamped on the receiver.
