Geissele makes some single stage triggers and Timney makes a sweet 3lb single stage trigger that I have and really like

Best single stage I've ever used was an AR Gold. Pricey, but friggin awesome.

Check out Velocity Triggers, single stage and 3lb . I have 3 of these and I am really happy with them. I think I paid $134.95 a piece on gunbroker.
