Wife wants to start shooting with me, and I'm trying to figure out a good caliber for her. This will be new to her so I want to stick to smaller calibers, and already have a .22 and .223. Of course I'll be using it when she is not,so a decent range gun for small critters would be cool.
What ya think?

Howa Micro bolt action 6.5 Grendel will be out soon heard the first production ones have shipped. Light weight, low recoil and the prototypes that are in some peoples hands have been shooting well.

I'm building a 6.5Creedmor for me and I'll let the wife use it, light recoiling round and will have a muzzle brake on it
243, 257 Bob, 260 Rem would be my thoughts on it. If you reload then ................

^^This^^
Or a 6.5 Creedmoor. I'd expect the recoil of the 6.5 Grendel to be significantly less.
