It has finally happened

My 9 year old daughter is finally showing an interest in shooting. She has always hunted with me, and can handle my bird dog as good as I can, but never cared to get on a gun. Until now.
Problem is, I know I will not be able to teach her without getting impatient and inadvertently making it not fun for her.
Any instructors in dfw specifically geared towards teaching kids?

Also, she's small. What's a quality .22 I can buy that will fit her but last a long time?

I can teach her safety and how to shoot it. Having taught 12 and 13 year old boys how to get a .308 to 800 yards, and teaching my own daughters, yours wouldn't be a problem.
