Does anyone have any experience with this rifle? .308 in particular. I wanna get one for my wife.

The creedmoor version is little more friendly IMO nonetheless a good rifle.

The higher comb helps but what most don't realize is women have longer necks then men.... A lot times there length of pull is longer then a man the same height, don't be surprised if you need to lengthen the stock

That is what my wife hunts with...she loves it...I have it set up with a 2.5x10 zeiss conquest...she will take it to Africa in 2017 for more plains game. She liked it better than the blaser r93 she had before...it fit her better...

The have reduced recoil loads for the 308...308 pretty damn flexible...loads below from deer to eland...

On midway 129 factory loads for the 308... 7 for the creedmoor...creedmoor has some cool factor though...my 2 cents...

Thank you for the inputs. She shot my Savage 10 FCP with .308 155gr Hornady A-Max and said the recoil hurt her shoulder frown , it could be the butt pad is too stiff or not thick enough for her....
