Savage A17

Bought a Savage A17, will post a range review tomorrow.

This thing feels great. Not sure about the clip, it also seems to be a little difficult to get the clip to reseat.

Looking forward to shooting it...

I read a rather lengthy review on this a few days back. The only negative was the mag. Everythign else was outstanding. I have a bolt 17hmr and I am entertaining the idea of getting one of these...

Had to send it back to Savage. No go boom. I think the firing pin was a miss...

any news yet? I work at bass pro and had a guy buy one, came in 2 weeks later and said his was having trouble feeding but he thinks it was the magazine. Supposed to come back in a let me know if it was the magazine. I honestly hope savage figured this one

Had to send mine back to savage as well. Internal part broke on the 7th round. Shame,had high hopes it.

Mine will be back late next week.

I guess I will wait to buy mine till the reviews are better
