I have some 168 grain accubond long range loaded by Chad. Once I am out of those I am going to try 175 grain accubonds to see how they run thru it.
I am ready to do load development on it.
I bought 500 175 accubond but want to get her shooting so my nephew can take a axis with it this weekend.

I'm curious to learn what the true BC of the Accubond is. They should do a good job for you.

162 A-max won't do the 7mm Rem Mag justice.

If you do decide to try a 180 gr. Berger, it will shoot right around 71.2C gr of H-Retumbo. That's my load, and a friend of mine worked uo to it in his 7 Rem Mag, with identical contour, and it put em in one ragged hole.

Provided you are talking about the Accubond Long Range bullets Litz has the G1 bc of the 175gr at .647

Nice rifle. What color cerakote did you use ? And on your stock what color % did you go with? I have a stock I'm waiting on with similar colors.

Re: Time to head to range! Custom 7mm - 06/04/15 01:05 AM

Can't decide if I am going to put vx6 4-24 or Nightforce SHV 5-20.
I have a vx6 on 6.5-284 and really like it but I also like Nightforce. KindA tore.
I hunt 75% of the time but when I shoot it ranges from 100-1000. Banging steel
So I want capped target turrets and good magnification. A lot more ring options if I stay with 30mm tube vs 34mm.
