Nabbed this one from another site. Currently chambered in 300 RUM but will eventually be a 26 Nosler just because I want one. clap

It already has a Timney trigger, but the bolt shroud has got to be replaced. I'll get that done when the smith does his magic on it. Now the search for the new stock begins.

Re: SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - 04/16/15 01:30 AM

Don't do the Mc Hunter, it is to skinny on the fore end
For a standard stock the Rem Hunter is pretty dang right and can hold a size or two bigger contour.
I sure like my Mc Thumbhole if I ever get it built.

What's the other site if you don't mind me asking? Might start scanning it myself.

And what's wrong with the bolt shroud it currently has?

Re: SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - 04/16/15 07:17 PM

Take $20 for it? It is a used multi owner gun now.

Re: SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - 04/17/15 03:21 PM

The skinney for end is the worst thing about my custom. Some day I may change it but I don't want to chance my gun loosening up
