There used to be a guy in Austin who would custom cut a foam insert for a gun case. I lost his business card. Anyone have a contact in the Central Texas area that can custom cut the high density foam?

Id sure like to know as well.
After some youtube videos and a few unsuccessful experiments involving piano wire, a car battery, and a fillet knife I learned that almost any shop with a waterjet table can custom cut foam. Way easier and much better results than DIY.
I use a shop in Fort Worth that is reasonable (no set-up fees as I turn out my own DXF or CAD files) but no contacts in Central TX.
Might want to give Austin Water Jet a call.

If you can't find anyone in the Austin area you should call Kirkland in Dallas. It's not too far a drive and they do great work on custom inserts.

I understand that, are you trying to cut out individual spots for guns or just cut the foam to size for the entire case?
