How does it work? I understand i need fingerprints and leo approval? Does this sound right?

Fill out the form 1 in duplicate. Get 2 photos, 2 finger print cards and LEO signatures. You will also need need the certification of compliance(link below) and doing as an individual you are line 1 and 2. Submit all this stuff and your $200 check to the ATF.
