Quick Connect Sling

I am wanting to install a sling on a rifle with push button quick connections. I am having trouble finding the inserts that will have to be mounted to my stock and forearm. Internet searches for "quick connects" get me plenty of sling swivels and sling assemblies but none of the inserts. Can anyone tell me what these are called and/or where to shop?
