Might not be of much help, but one of my 25-06's uses RL-19. I'd read that it was a rather temp sensitive powder. So, when working up my loads, I would put the loaded ammo in the freezer then transfer to a cooler full of ice to take to the range.
Checked zero this past weekend with temps in the 20's and it was still dropping five shot in a nickel at 100 yards and zero was the same as were it was this past summer.
Might start carrying the rifles out to the range in August in the 100+ qt igloo!
