500 yd ranges around Midland/Pecos

Got my rifle for Christmas and havent even had a chance to sight it in. Working in Midland/Pecos and was wondering if anyone knows of a range.

If you find one, let me know. I could use one, too.

Pecos Rifle and Pistol Club has been going since 1953.

Currently we are holding NRA service rifle matches on a regular basis. The range goes to 550 yards, and we are trying to find the money to construct target butts with carriages. We have berms at 200, 300, 400 and 550 on one side, and a covered 100 yard shooting facility set apart from the long-distance range.

Anyone interested in shooting on this range is more than welcome. Club dues are $30/year and membership allows full access.

There's a decent range in Midland I shot at once, now that I think about it. I can't remember how far it went. Dues were a lot more, too.
